Awesome place. Brian was knowledgeable, straight up, pulled no punches. Even after i picked up the car and a/c quit again, he was ready to check it out and if was something they missed was going to make it right...Turns out i just needed to replace a $16.00 relay myself.. Still, it is nice to know there is at least one honest experienced mechanic out there...Thanks Brian!!!

Wow! What an amazing shop! Cory and his team are great! I brought my wife’s car in due to issues with it smelling like gas. Previous mechanics tried telling me I need a new gas tank! Nope not at all! Cory and his team were quick to figure out the real problem and had it fixed the next day! I don’t trust mechanics but Cory and his team really changed my mind on that. They say there GM Experts but in my opinion there ALL CAR EXPERTS! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

I just wanted to say how Cory, Brian, Jeremy and the Carlos's (father and son team) at GM Experts did a great job for me and my vehicle. They really do know their stuff when it comes to GM. I am a former Chrysler mechanic and am always very skeptical when dealing with any other mechanics to work on my car. I purchased my first (possibly last) 2008 STS Cadillac with a northstar V8 that developed a slight knock soon after I took possession. I took it to Cory after finding him on an internet search and he did not think it was a rod knock at first. I wanted to get a second opinion so I took it to another supposed Cadillac expert in town who proceeded to power brake the engine hard to try and pin point the noise (which they didn't) and only made it worse and even caused the check engine light to come on. I quickly realized this other shop was not even close to the expertise I found at GM Experts. After a week I could hear the noise getting worse and it was at this point I knew it was definitely a rod knock and brought it back to Cory who agreed it had to come out and the bearings replaced. He said no matter what he would have to replace in the bottom end, it would not cost me anymore than the original estimate. Even if it needed a crankshaft (because he had good used ones in stock). So the final result was new rod bearings and 10 lifters as well as all new seals. They also replaced my differential bushing with a new part that I supplied for no extra cost. The price I paid for the total job was very reasonable and affordable. I would have done this job myself, but without a lift it was a no go. The motor comes out the bottom along with the subframe and transmission. Not an easy job on the lift, but forget about doing it on the ground! The only complaint I have is it took 3 weeks to complete the job and they kept telling me it would be done sooner. But overall I am happy after 2 months of the engine running great. Thanks guys for your honesty and great service!

Service was prompt, and my AC works like a charm before the triple digits start. And have a 1 year warranty on the work I had done! I give them 4 star ⭐ because they seemed a little pricey but I didn't have time to shop around so that's my fault.

I was very impressed with GM Experts. I am from Idaho visiting family in town when I found my Air Ride Shocks were shot and brakes were bad. They were able to get me in on New Years Eve and have it done same day so we could head out early the following day. Their pricing was best in the valley and I called a lot of folks. I would highly recommend GM Experts. They were fast, good service, and rates could not be challenged.

I was referred to GM Experts by another shop attempting to “heal” my “new to me” C6 Vette. While it was the last thing I wanted to do, (basically rebuild engine) I made the major investment. I couldn’t be happier so far taking it to this shop where you’ll find a solid team that provides quality work at a reasonable price! Thanks Cory, Brian, and Jeremy for “healing” my manual C6, where I hope to have years of enjoyment/fun with an additional 70HP-100HP!!!

How have I not reviewed this place? About a year back I had to replace an engine in my 2011 Equinox and these guys took care of me big time. They worked with my warranty company to just about eliminate my out of pocket and today they helped me again. Brian worked with this same warranty place to ensure my AC unit was replaced and working properly going forward. I appreciate these guys and always recommend them to family and friends. Go here and support honest mechanics with an attention to detail!

These guys know their stuff. Particularly attentive to the details, especially those smaller details that often go unnoticed and typically lead to bigger issues down the road. They treated my '01 DeVille like it was their own. Highly recommended.

Thanks for honest and quick work to get the A/C working on my GMC truck. The cost for the repairs was much less than I expected. Brian was professional, responsive, and diligent. I was referred to GM Experts by a friend and they did NOT disappoint. I will definitely be referring them to other friends in the future. Thank you sirs.

The A/C went out in my Hummer H2, I googled GM repair shops and GM Experts popped up. I made the appointment and also mentioned to them that the prior mechanic I was taking my Hummer to had mentioned the Hummer had a Rear Main Seal Oil Leak and it needed fixed for a lot of money. I told GM Experts about it and they said they would check it out. GM Experts by far exceeded my expectations, not only is the A/C blowing stronger than it ever has but come to find out; the Rear Main Seal wasn't leaking at all. The prior mechanic shop I was taking it to was just trying to rip me off by adding oil in the engine to make it look like oil was leaking. If GM Experts was a dishonest company, they could have easily taken advantage of me; but they didn't. Finding an honest mechanic in this world is like finding a needle in a haystack, I am happy to say I have found that needle in a haystack; GM Experts is my #1 choice for a mechanic.

Great folks. Good honest repairs for my GM car. They charge a very reasonable diagnostic fee. Had to take my door apart to get to my electric window. Fixed unit perfectly and guaranteed their work! Communicated with me so I could understand what the problem was and exactly what was needed to fix it.
